Read-only JSON over HTTPS. Only GET is accepted; any other method returns
405. No authentication or API key is needed, and
Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * is sent, so the endpoints can be called
directly from a browser. Responses are UTF-8 JSON.

A list response carries total (all matching records, not just this page),
node (this node's identifier, "EOSC-SK"),
from, to, quantity, sort, order,
version, generatedAt and results. Each result is
{ id, service }, where id is the service PID.
Absent values are null, never an empty string, and list fields are always arrays.
Page with from and quantity until from + quantity reaches
total. On later runs, pass the generatedAt of your previous harvest as
modifiedAfter to fetch only what changed. Each service carries updatedAt
so you can reconcile on your side.
